Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Proces engineering, voorbereiding, uitvoering, UBN, IBN Capex projecten, small plant changes (MMOC)
- Vertegenwoordiging van productie in projecten op technisch , software matig en procedureel gebied: operatorbility, maintainability
- Opstellen systeembeschrijvingen van procesinstallaties behorende tot alle productie afdelingen
- Verantwoordelijk voor een juiste uitvoering van projecten binnen de Productieorganisatie
- Commissioning- en start up leider van projecten.
- Leiden van projecten op het gebied van QHSE, kwaliteit, output, onderhoud en investeringen.
- Trouble shooting; leiden van crash- en verbeterteams.
- Controle oplevering projecten (Installatie-eigenaar blijft eindverantwoordelijk)
- Vertegenwoordiger van Productie in P-Moc
- Liaison tussen Maintenance/projecten en Productie; LT stop planning voor stop gebonden maintenance en project werken
- Initiator voor technische en organisatorische verbeteringen die te maken hebben met de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties, zoals het uitvoeren van Root Cause Analysis.
- Beheerder van installatie KPI’s, waarbij de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productie-installaties wordt gemonitord.
- Initiator voor HSE verbeteringen aan de installaties.
- Onderhoudsstop coördinator: algehele coördinatie van de onderhoudstops
- Verantwoordelijk voor training- en opleidingsbeleid, maken lesstof en lesgeven
- Uitvoeren interne audits
Opleiding en ervaring
- Proces technische opleiding HBO
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een chemische productie omgeving
- Kennis van apparatuur en systemen
- Didactische vaardigheden
- Kennis / ervaring software SAP, MO, SP

Core Responsibilities
The process engineer is responsible for managing capital projects, plant changes, and commissioning activities within the production environment. They also act as a liaison between maintenance and production, ensuring operational reliability and safety through troubleshooting and process improvements.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in process engineering and possess several years of experience in a chemical production environment. Proficiency in SAP and strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems are required.
