AmsterdamCore Responsibilities
The Spa Supervisor acts as an ambassador for the spa, welcoming members and explaining the health benefits of therapy rooms. They are also responsible for ensuring the spa environment remains clean, tidy, and meets premium standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience in a premium customer service environment and a genuine passion for health and wellbeing. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
