Account Executive (US based, Remote)
Key Skills
Job Description
Do you love owning a deal from the first call to the signed contract? Join C Teleport as an Account Executive for the US market and win new business with shipping companies, crewing agencies, aircraft operators, and flight departments that move crew around the world every day.
This is a hands-on closing role. You'll carry your own target, run the full sales cycle yourself, and report directly to our VP of Sales, working with a collaborative, international team that values ownership, transparency, and customer-centric selling.
Why this role exists
Maritime and aviation companies still plan hundreds of crew trips by email, spreadsheet, and phone calls to travel agents. When a flight changes or a crew change moves, someone loses hours fixing it by hand. C Teleport makes that automatic. The US is one of our biggest growth markets, and we want a closer on the ground to build it.
About C Teleport
C Teleport is built for teams in fast-moving industries like aviation, energy, and maritime. We make managing travel simple and flexible — every trip change or cancellation happens instantly and automatically, with no manual steps. Founded in 2017, we're headquartered in the Netherlands with close to 100 people from 40 nationalities, working from locations around the world.
What you'll do
Own your territory. Build and run a plan to find and win new customers across the US maritime and aviation market.
Run the full sale. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and sign — the deal is yours from start to finish.
Understand the real problem. Find out how the customer handles crew travel today, what it costs them in money, time, and risk, and build a clear business case around it.
Move deals to a decision. Reach everyone involved in the decision, including the person who owns the budget, agree a clear plan to signature, and handle objections early.
Keep an accurate pipeline. Keep the CRM up to date and give forecasts your manager can rely on.
Bring the market home. Share what you hear from customers and competitors with Product and Marketing, and hand new customers over smoothly to Customer Success.
Required
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with deals you sourced, negotiated, and signed yourself.
A track record of hitting or beating a quota, with numbers you can talk through.
Strong discovery skills: you ask the questions that turn a customer's problem into a number they care about.
Comfortable building a proposal, presenting ROI, and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
Self-directed and organized in a fully remote setup, and happy to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Based in Florida or Texas and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
Experience selling aviation SaaS, maritime SaaS, or travel tech.
Knowledge of crew travel, crew changes, charter operations, or corporate travel buying.
An existing network in the US shipping, offshore, or aviation industry.
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
What you get
Competitive base salary plus 100% bonus potential. Your on-target earnings are split 50/50 between base and variable. We'll talk through the full package early in the process.
Remote-first. Work from home, with travel for client meetings and industry events.
Real impact. You'll help build our US market, and what you learn from customers shapes our product and commercial plans.
A clear path to grow. We measure Account Executives on a written set of skills — understanding the customer's problem and leading the deal to a decision — so you always know what the next step looks like.
An international team. Netherlands HQ, 40 nationalities, colleagues working from locations around the world.
Hiring process
We're looking for someone who can join us in Q1 2027.
Screening call with our HR team.
Interview with our VP of Sales, your future manager, including a short discovery-call roleplay.
If your application moves forward, we may run a pre-engagement screening through a trusted third party, in line with applicable law. This can include checking employment history, education, and other publicly available professional information relevant to the role.
C Teleport is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
Core Responsibilities
You will own the full sales cycle for the US market, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals with maritime and aviation companies. Additionally, you will maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas and managing the full sales cycle. You must be based in Florida or Texas and possess the authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- 100% bonus potential
