Functieomschrijving
- beoordeel de digitale volwassenheid van de financiële functie;
- bespreek (digitale) oplossingen om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de financiële afdeling te verbeteren;
- help organisaties bij het selecteren van de juiste tools om hun business aan te sturen en help organisaties met het selecteren van relevante KPI’s en maak dashboards in BI solutions om deze te volgen;
- bouw planning-, budgetterings- en forcastingmodellen met behulp van de nieuwste technologie;
- maak organisaties data driven in het besluitvormingsproces;
- breng verbetermogelijkheden voor financiele processen in kaart gebruikmakend van technologieën als het robotiseren van financiële processen zoals record to report, order to cash en procure to pay;
- gebruik costing technieken en methodologieën.
Functie-eisen
Jij krijgt energie van het creëren van oplossingen, het vertellen van het verhaal achter de cijfers en werken in teamverband. Jij werkt graag in een high-performance cultuur en wil elke dag jezelf en mensen in jouw omgeven ontwikkelen. Verder heb je voor deze vacature;
- een WO-masteropleiding afgerond bij voorkeur in de richting Business Administration, Bedrijfseconomie, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence of Econometrie;
- tijdens je studie deelgenomen aan extra curriculaire activiteiten zoals een studenten en/of sport vereniging, bestuur, commissies, vrijwilligerswerk of stage(s);
- minimaal 3-4 jaar professionele werkervaring in een relevante functie;
- een zelf gemotiveerde en nieuwsgierige persoonlijkheid waarmee je initiatief en ownership toont;
- interesse om in een internationaal en divers team te werken;
- excellente schriftelijke en spraakvaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands;
- een sterke interesse in digitale trends waar je graag mee wil werken.

Samen met collega’s adviseer en ondersteun jij op dagelijkse basis als (Senior) Consultant, onze klanten hoe ze hun financiële functie kunnen transformeren tot een digitale financiële functie. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten met deze transformatie van strategie bepaling tot en met de implementatie van de laatste finance technologieën.
Core Responsibilities
You will assess the digital maturity of financial functions and implement technological solutions to improve quality and efficiency. This includes building forecasting models, creating BI dashboards, and automating financial processes like record-to-report and procure-to-pay.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant role is required, along with excellent English and Dutch communication skills.
