In verband met het invoeren van een vernieuwde organisatiestructuur zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere Teamleiders Laboratorium in regio Oost. Het gaat om leidinggevende posities binnen Lab Specieel, Lab Almelo & Hardenberg en Lab Enschede. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesse en profiel kijken we samen welk team het beste bij je past.
Voor onze laboratoria zoeken wij Teamleiders die met energie, overzicht en mensgericht leiderschap één van onze teams aansturen en een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de verdere professionalisering en doorontwikkeling van de organisatie.
Wat ga je doen?Als Teamleider Laboratorium geef je hiërarchisch leiding aan een deskundig team binnen de Klinische Chemie. Je werkt nauw samen met de laboratoriummanager, collega‑teamleiders en de medische staf.
- Dagelijkse aansturing, coaching en motivatie van het team
- Voeren van functionerings- en ontwikkelgesprekken
- Zorgen voor een prettige en veilige werkomgeving
- Vertalen van tactisch beleid naar teamdoelen en jaarplannen
- Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en budget
- Adviseren van management over tactisch en operationeel beleid
- Borgen van kwaliteitsnormen en procedures
- Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeter- en verandertrajecten
Je bent een verbindende leider met oog voor zowel mensen als resultaten. Je behoudt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en weet teams te begeleiden in verandering.
- Hbo‑opleiding met kennis van laboratoriumwerkzaamheden
- Ervaring met het aansturen van (laboratorium)teams
- Kennis van kwaliteits- en verbeterprocessen
- Goede communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
- Positieve en energieke houding ten opzichte van verandering

Core Responsibilities
The Team Leader is responsible for the daily management, coaching, and motivation of a clinical chemistry laboratory team. They also translate tactical policies into team goals, monitor quality and budget, and guide improvement and change processes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess experience in managing laboratory teams. Strong communication skills, knowledge of quality processes, and a proactive, change-oriented attitude are required.
