For one morning, we’re opening the doors of our new Fulfillment Center to the people of Nijmegen! We want to give you an insider’s look at what we do and share what’s on the horizon for Picnic. Looking for your next career move or just interested in what we are doing in Nijmegen? Then you are invited!
We are hiring passionate Operations Managers and Supervisors to help launch and develop our newest sites. You’re a great fit if:

You are interested in working at Picnic or just finding out more about us!

You hold a Master or HBO diploma in Supply Chain Management, Transport , Logistics or related related field

You have 2+ years of experience in Operations. In particular in leadership roles.

You’re curious about working in a fast-paced scale-up and eager to learn.

You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership.

You’re fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!).

Core Responsibilities
The role involves managing and developing operations within new state-of-the-art fulfillment centers. You will lead teams to ensure efficient daily grocery fulfillment and contribute to the scaling of operations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master or HBO diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, specifically in leadership roles, is required.
