If you are passionate about record store culture, marketplace ecosystems, and collaborative remote work, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across Europe.
\n- Own and develop long-term relationships with sellers and strategic partners across Europe, serving as a trusted regional contact for priority accounts and high-impact stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with premium sellers and European marketplace accounts, ensuring strong engagement, operational performance, retention, and adoption of platform tools.
- Oversee premium seller performance reporting, provide recommendations on seller cohort composition, and contribute to the development and effectiveness of the seller advisory board.
- Monitor the operational health of an assigned seller portfolio, identify performance risks and growth opportunities, and provide practical guidance on best practices.
- Drive adoption of key marketplace tools and workflows, including Shipping Policies and Inventory Management System (IMS), helping sellers improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve premium seller issues from beginning to end in collaboration with Customer Support, exercising independent judgment on seller requests and escalating complex cases with clear context and recommendations.

- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date Seller Center content and ensure priority sellers and partners receive reliable responses, with clear expectations around availability and escalation timelines.
- Support the planning and execution of regional programmes, events, and real-world activations, coordinating logistics with venues, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate seller feedback, regional market insights, onboarding challenges, and opportunities for platform improvements.
- Work closely with Customer Support and other global functions to ensure regional requirements are reflected in workflows, communications, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging regional risks, commercial opportunities, and cultural trends, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for global leadership.
- Represent the organization's values and partnership approach consistently across the European seller and music communities.
- Travel regionally and occasionally beyond the region as required, with an expected commitment of approximately four to five trips annually or up to 10% of working time.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in seller success, partnerships, account management, marketplace operations, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of record store culture, music collecting, and music marketplace ecosystems, with the ability to engage credibly with sellers, buyers, and catalogue-driven businesses.
- Active or previous experience as a buyer and seller on the relevant music marketplace, providing firsthand knowledge of its community, workflows, and commercial dynamics.
- Proven relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust with priority accounts, manage sensitive situations, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills and sound operational judgment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, make independent decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate, timely, and audience-appropriate seller communications.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to access and interpret performance data independently and translate findings into practical decisions. Experience with Metabase or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work independently across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to resolve issues locally while recognizing when escalation is necessary.
- Experience supporting or delivering events, community initiatives, or regional programmes is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cross-border selling requirements, including VAT, Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), customs procedures, and applicable EU consumer regulations, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with content management systems, including WordPress, is a plus.
- German language proficiency is strongly preferred; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Italian is an additional advantage.

About Jobgether
Industry: Internet Marketplace Platforms
Company size: 11-50 employees
Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
