You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team. You're familiar with operational processes such as scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs. You have knowledge of HACCP standards and work with attention to detail. You're guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and always think in solutions. You're flexible and available to work evenings and weekends. You're willing to travel to other restaurant locations for training if needed. You have a valid right to work in the Netherlands and a BSN number. Core Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team while supporting daily operations at Hawaiian Poké Bowl Rotterdam Hoogstraat. Help manage scheduling, inventory, and KPIs, maintain HACCP standards, and deliver a positive guest experience.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant, and experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team. They should understand scheduling, inventory management, KPIs, and HACCP, be flexible to work evenings and weekends, be willing to travel for training, and have the right to work in the Netherlands and a BSN number.
