Job Description

Design cloud solutions for enterprise customers across Europe, covering compute, storage, networking, databases, containers, Kubernetes, landing zones, and big data platforms. Help customers design and implement cloud architectures, including cloud migration, application modernization, hybrid cloud, security, high availability, and disaster recovery. Provide technical guidance on cloud infrastructure, including network connectivity, identity and access management, infrastructure automation, performance optimization, and cost management. Design AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), image, voice, and video models, as well as AI agents. Support model deployment, inference optimization, and AI application development. Understand AI trends and industry use cases, identify customer needs, and turn cloud and AI technologies into practical business solutions. Work closely with sales teams throughout the pre-sales process, including customer meetings, technical workshops, architecture design, demos, PoCs, and technical proposals. Take ownership of technical engagements, work with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements, and help move business opportunities forward. Stay up to date with cloud and AI technologies, share technical knowledge, and contribute to reusable solutions and best practices within the global solution architect team. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field. At least 4 years of relevant experience in cloud computing, solution architecture, software engineering, or similar technical roles. Pre-sales experience is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, including containers, networking, databases, and cloud architecture. Practical experience with AI technologies, especially generative AI, LLMs, multimodal models, model inference, or enterprise AI applications. Good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs, explain technical solutions clearly, and work with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong learning ability, with the flexibility to pick up new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs and organizational priorities. Proactive, responsible, and results-driven, with a strong interest in AI and the ambition to grow and succeed in this fast-moving industry. Fluent English is required. Dutch or German language skills would be a strong plus. Comfortable working in an international team and collaborating with colleagues across different countries.

Core Responsibilities

Design cloud and AI solutions for enterprise customers, including cloud infrastructure, migration, modernization, security, and AI application deployment. Lead technical pre-sales engagements through customer meetings, workshops, architecture design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proposals, while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, AI, or a related field, and at least four years of relevant technical experience; pre-sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have hands-on public cloud and practical AI experience, strong communication and learning skills, fluent English, and the ability to collaborate internationally; Dutch or German is a plus.
