Job Description As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead product launches, renovations, and supply chain projects, ensuring timely implementation within agreed budgets and quality requirements. You will collaborate with R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and manufacturing teams to align commercial needs with production capabilities and drive successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead supply chain projects related to new product development (NPD), product renovations, and commercialisation. Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality Assurance, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and manufacturing. Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery. Align commercial product requirements with factory capabilities, supply chain operations, and production needs. Prepare project documentation, progress updates, and business cases, including CAPEX requests where required. Manage stakeholders across international business units and multiple manufacturing sites to ensure successful project implementation. Requirements Master's degree (MSc, MA or MBA) and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Strong project management experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or a similar industry. Proven experience in supply chain projects, product commercialisation, NPD, product renovations, or manufacturing implementation. Good understanding of product and packaging development processes and factory operations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Requirements

Candidates should have experience with supply chain projects, commercialization, new product development or renovations, and manufacturing implementation, along with knowledge of product and packaging development and strong stakeholder and communication skills; fluency in Dutch and English is required.
