About the Company An international organization with a modern manufacturing environment, investing in the expansion and modernization of its labelling and packaging operations. Role Description As a Senior Engineer (Electrical), you will provide electrical engineering expertise for modernization projects and the installation of new production lines. You will contribute to a major expansion programme running until at least 2028, ensuring high-quality equipment deployment, reliable operations, and effective collaboration across engineering, maintenance, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Support the introduction of new products, system upgrades, and equipment within labelling and packaging lines. Provide electrical engineering expertise throughout modernization and CAPEX projects. Ensure high-quality implementation with consideration for the full asset lifecycle. Provide second-line technical support for complex electrical and mechatronic issues. Investigate equipment and process problems and implement effective solutions. Plan and execute engineering and maintenance activities within assigned projects. Develop test protocols, conduct technical evaluations, and prepare assessment reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Validation, QA, Manufacturing, and external vendors. Requirements At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in operations or manufacturing. In-depth electrical engineering knowledge. Experience with project management techniques; CAPEX project experience is preferred. Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in a regulated environment, preferably GMP. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours. Fluent in English; basic Dutch is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

Project management experience and familiarity with regulated environments, preferably GMP, are expected; fluent English is required, while basic Dutch is preferred.
