Key Responsibilities: Client Financial Management: Lead the setup and ongoing management of financial administrations, aligning with Dutch and international financial regulations. Strategic Client Support: Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, offering strategic advice on their Dutch and international entities' financial operations. Comprehensive Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and timely filing of statutory annual accounts, periodic financial reports, and VAT filings. Collaborative Expertise: Work with a multidisciplinary team of accountants, lawyers, and support staff for a holistic client service approach. Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance and reporting. Additional Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates. Identify opportunities to enhance account performance with additional services or products. Conduct financial analysis and planning for clients. Prepare and present detailed financial reports and statements. Advise clients on investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning. Mentor and guide junior staff members as needed. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in accounting or financial management, managing financials for various companies as clients. Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Dutch VAT, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and financial software. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English. Core Responsibilities

Manage clients’ financial administrations and serve as their primary financial contact, providing strategic advice on Dutch and international financial operations. Prepare and file statutory accounts, periodic reports, and VAT returns while coordinating with clients, auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and internal teams.

Requirements

A degree in accountancy, finance, economics, or a related field and at least 3–4 years of accounting or financial management experience are required. Candidates should be proficient in Dutch VAT, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and financial software, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and fluency in English.
