Within Technical Advisory (TA), we advise organizations at the intersection of business and technology. As a Technical Advisory (Senior) Analyst, you combine technology understanding, AI affinity, and consulting skills to help clients explore new technologies and translate ideas into tangible solutions. Within Technical Advisory, you will join a multidisciplinary team working on IT strategy, architecture, AI, and digital transformation. Together with clients and colleagues, you will explore complex challenges and turn ideas into practical outcomes through workshops, prototypes, and solution concepts. What You’ll Do Analyze client challenges and translate them into technology solutions and concepts. Explore how AI, Generative AI, and prompting can address real-world business challenges. Support clients in defining, driving and realising measurable business value through AI, data, cloud and other emerging technologies. Applying value-driven advisory approaches across strategy, transformation and continuous improvement Develop prototypes, tangible artifacts, and demos to bring ideas to life which can then be used as input by our expert developers to build actual solutions Prepare and facilitate client workshops to identify needs, use cases, and solutions. Understand how solutions fit within the broader technology architecture and IT landscape. Connect business requirements with technology and communicate complex topics clearly to different stakeholders. Collaborate with consultants, architects, and technical specialists from concept through solution. Qualifications Skills and experiences : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, Business & IT, or a related field. Strong affinity with AI, Generative AI, and prompting. Experience with, or interest in, prototyping and creating tangible artifacts. Good understanding of technology architecture, including applications, data, cloud, integrations, and infrastructure. Ability to translate technology into concrete business use cases and solutions. Strong workshop, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English & Dutch , both written and spoken. About You You are curious about technology and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, particularly AI. You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy demonstrating solutions, not just advising on them. You quickly understand complex topics and can explain them in a clear and accessible way. You are comfortable engaging with both business and technology stakeholders. You combine structured thinking with a pragmatic and creative approach. You take initiative, collaborate effectively, and are eager to explore new ideas.

Core Responsibilities

Analyze client challenges and translate them into technology concepts and solutions, with a focus on AI, data, cloud, and emerging technologies. Facilitate client workshops, create prototypes and demonstrations, and connect business needs with technology architecture in collaboration with consultants and technical specialists.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, information management, business and IT, or a related field is required, along with an affinity for AI and Generative AI. Candidates should understand technology architecture, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and bring strong analytical, problem-solving, workshop, and prototyping skills; professional proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
