MuleSoft Specialist
Key Skills
Job Description
ABOUT NEXTVIEW CONSULTING Founded in 2009, Nextview Consulting helps organisations get real value from Salesforce and AI. We are a Salesforce partner and an Anthropic Select Partner in the Claude Partner Network. We joined it in the first wave of partners, with more than 20 certified Claude architects on the team. We also partner with Hubbl, whose scans let us measure a client’s Salesforce org against more than 6,000 others before any work starts. Together, that makes us an AI-enabled Salesforce partner: we design, build and run solutions where Salesforce, Claude and agents work together. Our design-led approach keeps the focus on what people actually need. Nextview is a Certified B Corporation and has been named a Great Place to Work seven years in a row. ABOUT THE JOB As a MuleSoft Specialist, you connect Salesforce to the rest of our clients' landscape. You design and build integrations with ERP systems, data platforms and other applications, using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity. You work in project teams with Salesforce consultants, developers and architects, for clients in the Netherlands and across Europe. You are hands-on, but you also advise clients on their integration strategy and help them get their MuleSoft platform set up the right way. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Design and build integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, following API-led connectivity (system, process and experience APIs). Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central and other back-office systems. Analyse end-to-end processes and requirements, and turn them into integration designs. Use Agentforce Operations (formerly Regrello) to orchestrate workflows across Salesforce, ERP and other back-office systems. Set up and configure the MuleSoft platform: environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and API management. Write clean, reusable and well-tested code in DataWeave and Mule flows. Advise clients on integration architecture, standards and best practices. Support go-lives and troubleshoot integration issues in production. Document your work and share knowledge with colleagues. Help grow our MuleSoft capability, together with peers in other countries. WORK AI-NATIVE, EVERY DAY Use Claude to read API specs, ERP documentation and existing integrations, and turn them into mappings and integration designs faster. Speed up DataWeave transformations, test cases, RAML or OpenAPI specs and technical documentation, and check every line with your own expertise. Spot where MCP and APIs can give Claude or Agentforce safe access to client data and systems, and bring that into the integration design. Help shape how our company uses AI: share prompts, skills and reusable integration patterns with colleagues. ABOUT YOU 4–7 years of experience in integration, with at least 3 years hands-on with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST and SOAP APIs, and DataWeave. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems. Experience with CI/CD, Git and deployments to CloudHub or Runtime Fabric. Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining technical choices. MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Developer (Level 1) or Integration Architect. If not, the willingness to get certified within 6–12 months. Experience with ERP integrations, Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce Operations (formerly Regrello) is a plus. Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong plus. A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas. NEXTVIEW ENVIRONMENT At Nextview, AI is part of how we work every day, not just something we sell. You get access to Claude and the Anthropic training track, and support to get certified, both on Salesforce and on Claude. Through our Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) programme, you learn to deliver agentic AI end to end, from first analysis to a working solution in production. You work in small, mixed teams with experienced consultants, architects and developers, from our clubhouse in Amsterdam and Eindhoven and at client sites. We take on complex work for clients across Europe, and we give you room to take ownership, try new things and grow. Doing business responsibly matters to us. Through our 1% pledge on people, product and profit, we work with clients and partners on projects that make a real difference for our communities and the planet. WE ARE DIVERSITY At Nextview, we see and embrace the added value of diversity. We focus on talent and personality, regardless of your age, religion, gender, cultural or ethnic background, and physical or mental abilities. Whoever you are, you are more than welcome to apply for this position. NEXTVIEW BENEFITS At Nextview, we understand that our people are our greatest asset, and we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package tailored to the needs and regulations of each country we operate in. In the Netherlands, you can expect: Competitive salary and statutory benefits. Profit share incentives based on company and individual performance. 26 holiday days based on a full-time contract, plus the option to buy 4 extra days. Individual mobility budget. Phone and fitness allowances. Premium hardware: Apple MacBook. €2,500 annual education budget. Participation in the Phantom Stock Plan.
