You will also support our contract owners with strategic insights into how our vendors are performing and spot opportunities across contracts for optimization. Contract Repository Management: Maintain a centralized repository of all Financial Systems contracts, SOWs, and amendments, ensuring accurate data entry, metadata tagging, and full audit readiness. Renewals & Expiration Tracking: Proactively monitor contract end dates and notice periods; coordinate directly with internal owners 60-90 days prior to expiration to initiate renewal processes. Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, maintain, and publish operational dashboards tracking vendor spend, PO utilization, open invoices, renewal timelines, and key performance metrics. Cross-Functional Operations: Act as the operational liaison between vendor account teams, internal business owners, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice holds, PO mismatches, or system issues. Vendor Strategy: Serve as Strategic Advisor to senior leaders in Financial Systems and Enterprise Applications on vendor related matters, up to VP level. Also supporting procurement with input to the procurement strategies. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track vendor performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Requirements & Experience Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in vendor operations, procurement administration, IT financial operations, or contract administration. Technical & System Skills: Strong hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ivalua, Conga etc) specifically executing PO/GR workflows, and expertise in Excel and AI proficiency for building spend dashboards. Financial Literacy: Strong familiarity with dynamic budget tracking, invoice matching processes (2-way / 3-way matching), and accrual tracking. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of maintaining clean document repositories and audit-ready records.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the administrative and financial lifecycle of Financial Systems and Enterprise Applications vendor contracts, including purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, budgets, contract records, and renewals. Build operational dashboards, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and advise senior leaders on vendor performance and contract optimization.
