Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Kliqer©’s strategic direction, growing the client base, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality digital work. This full-time, on-site role in The Randstad, Netherlands involves leading business development efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The Co-Founder will collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to define project scopes, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that brand, web, and product solutions align with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include setting and tracking business goals, reviewing project proposals, contributing to marketing and sales activities, and making key operational and financial decisions. The role also includes mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, and representing Kliqer© at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. Excellent Communication abilities for client-facing work, team collaboration, negotiation, and clear presentation of ideas. Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, deal closing, and long-term client relationship management. Solid background in Marketing, particularly in digital services, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Ability to conduct thorough Research into industry developments, client needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy. Experience in or strong understanding of digital agencies, including brand strategy, web design and development, and product design. Demonstrated leadership in building or scaling a business, preferably in creative or technology-driven environments. Comfort with working on-site in The Randstad, Netherlands and engaging with local and international clients. Entrepreneurial mindset, with resilience, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of outcomes. Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, marketing, design, technology, or a related field.

Core Responsibilities

Shape Kliqer©’s strategic direction, grow its client base, and oversee the delivery of high-quality brand, web, and digital product work. Lead business development and client relationships, set and track business goals, make operational and financial decisions, mentor team members, and represent the agency at industry events.

Requirements
