Key Skills
Job Description
It’s no wonder we can go further, faster together. We’re a team of 450+ professionals from 50+ nationalities, all commercially driven, entrepreneurial and ready to turn potential into progress. Not just for us, but for the world too. At STX, we’re focused on so much more than making money. We’re here to make a profit with a purpose. Because for us, nothing’s more important than being able to trade in environmental commodities and create the most effective decarbonization strategies for our clients. Join us and together we can change the world – one trade at a time. Your success story starts here… ABOUT THE TEAM & Role As Product Manager – Counterparty Lifecycle & CRM, you'll own the product delivery for the full counterparty journey, from qualified prospects, through CRM, KYC and credit approval. This includes owning our CRM (configuration, workflows, automations and integrations), and building the internal tooling that commercial, compliance, credit risk, and operations teams rely on to get counterparties onboarded and live. You won't just ship features. You'll understand the workflows deeply enough to catch gaps before users do, drive the right trade-offs, and keep a complex set of cross-functional dependencies moving. This is a hands-on role that demands both strategic clarity and operational rigor. Product Discovery Work with Commercial leadership, sales traders, Marketing, Sales Operations, compliance, credit risk, and Customer Experience to identify pain points and prioritize opportunities across the lifecycle. Track customer and internal user activity daily - metrics, funnels, error rates. Own the journey metric, time from qualified prospect to first trade, broken down by step (CRM, onboarding, KYC, credit, trade ready), and use it to decide what to build next. Collaborate with UX to design flows that reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Own HubSpot as the system of engagement, together with Marketing and Sales Operations: data model, lifecycle stages, workflows, and integrations with COS, onboarding and credit tooling. Delivery & Execution Own end-to-end delivery: gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, coordinate development, and oversee testing (smoke tests, QA, and design QA). Live the product: constantly use the tool to proactively catch issues before users do. Track that shipped features are actually working by monitoring adoption, error rates, and other success metrics. Backlog & Planning Maintain backlog discipline: keep tickets up to date with clear content and timelines; proactively follow up when things slip. Ensure all initiative requirements are fully captured in Jira tickets so nothing falls through the cracks. Drive prioritization across quarterly, monthly, and sprint planning cycles. Track team capacity and flag risks early. Communication & Processes Run the team ceremonies to help keep momentum and transparency with stakeholders. Continuously improve how the team operates. Own or coordinate specs, decision logs, and release notes. Proactively engage people outside the team to resolve blockers and navigate ambiguity. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive remuneration package Pension scheme contributions Strong focus on personal and professional development Sport and training opportunities Assistance with relocation to the respective office location DIVERSITY STATEMENT We encourage and welcome applications from candidates of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to enhance our team and contribute to a more inclusive work environment.
