About Kuanta Kuanta is an AI-native platform for startup scouting and evaluation. It is used two ways: by organizations such as investors, accelerators, corporates and government programs who need to find and assess startups at scale, and directly by founders themselves who want an independent read on how they measure up. Kuanta is a fast-growing startup based in Europe and Asia, working with investors, corporates and governments across Europe and Asia. Role Overview We’re looking for an Associate Software Engineer, available full-time immediately, to join our engineering team and help build the data and AI infrastructure behind Kuanta. You’ll work on collecting, data cleaning, Python scripting, and AI-powered applications while working with modern development tools. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain web scraping and data collection pipelines. Write Python scripts for data collection and automation. Clean, structure, and organize data for AI applications. Work with engineers to improve data pipelines. Help build and improve AI-powered applications. Document data sources and processes. Must Have: Python Web scraping Data cleaning Python scripting Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Antigravity Good to Have: RAG applications Vector Databases FastAPI MongoDB Tech Stack: Python · FastAPI · MongoDB · Vector Database · RAG What We Offer Remote for your first year, then working together in person in the Netherlands. $750 per month for the first two months, with your salary growing every month after that. Requirements

Must have Python, web scraping, data cleaning, Python scripting, and familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Antigravity. Experience with RAG applications, vector databases, FastAPI, and MongoDB is a plus.
