Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Van Driver role based in the Netherlands. The Delivery Van Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport documents, packages, and other materials between offices, partners, and clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery routes, loading and unloading items, confirming delivery details, obtaining signatures, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves conducting basic vehicle checks, reporting maintenance needs, and adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards. The Delivery Van Driver will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner, ensuring timely and secure delivery of all assigned items. Qualifications Valid driver’s license appropriate for van operation in the Netherlands and a strong driving record. Experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles, with the ability to manage routes and schedules efficiently. Good communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages safely, and follow safety procedures and handling guidelines. Basic local area knowledge and familiarity with navigation tools or GPS systems. Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail when handling sensitive or confidential documents. Ability to work on-site full time in the Netherlands; prior experience in an international or professional services environment is an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Safely operate a company van to deliver documents, packages, and other materials, planning routes and schedules and confirming deliveries with accurate records. Conduct basic vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, follow traffic and safety requirements, and communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Applicants need a valid Netherlands van-appropriate driver’s license, a strong driving record, and experience in delivery, courier, or logistics work. They should have good communication and time-management skills, local area and GPS familiarity, the ability to handle packages safely, and reliability when transporting sensitive documents.
