With your sharp eye, you improve processes and motivate your team to become a little better every day. What does a Team Lead C# at Coolblue do? Core Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of software developers while contributing hands-on to building customer-focused software. Review code, guide technical decisions and architecture, improve team processes, and collaborate with other team leads and the Development Manager.

Requirements

Requires more than six years of C# experience and broad knowledge of both back-end and front-end development. Candidates should have leadership experience in a Scrum or Agile environment, be skilled at coaching and giving feedback, balance technical quality with business value, and be familiar with data stores such as Oracle and AWS.
