Drive employee and manager experience transformation through service design, journey-led process improvements, digital enablement, and AI-powered HR services. Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards to measure business, operational, financial, and workforce outcomes. Provide strategic guidance on HR technology, data, analytics, and AI-enabled HR capabilities, ensuring business-led and platform-agnostic recommendations. Lead executive workshops, strategic assessments, and transformation programs while building trusted relationships with CHROs and C-suite stakeholders. Support strategic pursuits, solution development, and thought leadership, converting advisory engagements into large-scale transformation opportunities. Build, mentor, and grow the HR Advisory & Consulting capability by developing talent, reusable consulting assets, and market-leading intellectual capital. Required Expertise: 16+years of experience in HR transformation, HR consulting, or enterprise HR leadership, with expertise in large-scale transformation programs.
