Responsibility: You understand that being on a board comes with real accountability — including financial and ethical responsibility. Strong skills in collaboration and decision-making. 📈 Preferred (but not required) Previous experience in a nonprofit or advocacy-based organization Multilingual fluency / intercultural fluency Lived experience related to the communities we serve 💼 What We Offer A supportive and values-aligned team environment Flexibility and autonomy A platform to contribute to meaningful, global impact 🎁 Volunteer Perks As a token of our appreciation for your dedication, we offer the following: Travel Compensation: Reimbursement for travel expenses related to events or activities conducted on behalf of AWT.
