Apprentus is looking for motivated and passionate Ballet Coaches to provide private lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. Our platform connects experienced instructors with learners seeking personalized dance training. Job Description We are currently recruiting freelance Ballet Coaches to offer one-on-one lessons. Whether students want to learn ballet from scratch, improve their technique, develop flexibility and coordination, or prepare for performances and auditions, your guidance will help them build confidence and progress as dancers. Responsibilities Teach ballet techniques according to each student's level, abilities, and learning goals. Help students develop proper posture, balance, alignment, and body control. Guide students in improving their flexibility, coordination, strength, and turnout. Teach fundamental ballet movements, positions, steps, and combinations. Help students develop their musicality, rhythm, grace, and overall dance expression. Adapt exercises and choreography to individual needs, physical abilities, and progress. Support students in preparing for examinations, auditions, performances, or personal dance goals. Promote safe training practices and provide constructive feedback to encourage progress. Manage your own schedule and lesson planning. Profile / Requirements Strong ballet technique and a solid understanding of ballet principles. Teaching or coaching experience is an advantage. Good communication skills and a patient, supportive teaching approach. Reliable, organized, and committed to student safety and progress. Core Responsibilities

Teach individualized ballet lessons, adapting technique, exercises, and choreography to students’ abilities, goals, and progress. Help students develop ballet fundamentals and physical and expressive skills, prepare for performances or auditions, and train safely while managing lesson planning and scheduling.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong ballet technique and a solid understanding of ballet principles; teaching or coaching experience is an advantage. They should communicate well, teach patiently and supportively, and be reliable, organized, and committed to student safety and progress.
