About us Profigent is a LinkedIn growth agency for B2B founders and teams. We run done-for-you LinkedIn content and outbound. We combine ghostwritten thought leadership with targeted outreach, so our clients get booked calls from people who already know who they are. The role You will own LinkedIn outreach for a portfolio of client accounts, from the first search to the booked call. You will build target audiences, write and test message sequences, run campaigns, and report on results. You will work closely with our content team, so your outreach and your clients' posts support each other. What you will do Build and segment ICP lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Prospeo and similar tools Validate lists before sending (profile activity, job relevance, fresh triggers) Write short, human connection requests and follow-up sequences in each client's voice Launch and manage campaigns in HeyReach, including sender accounts, schedules and daily limits Read and sort replies, move warm leads to the client's pipeline, and handle objections Track acceptance rate, reply rate and calls booked, and run A/B tests on angles and copy Keep account safety front of mind: respect LinkedIn limits and warm up new accounts Send clients a clear monthly report with insights and next steps What we are looking for 2+ years running LinkedIn outbound for B2B (agency, SaaS or founder-led sales) Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and an automation tool such as HeyReach, Expandi or Waalaxy Strong written English. Your messages should read like a person wrote them, not a template Comfort with lead data: filtering, deduplicating, enriching and checking quality An analytical habit. Core Responsibilities

Build and validate target lists, write and test client-voiced LinkedIn message sequences, and manage outreach campaigns through to booked calls. Monitor campaign performance and account safety, route warm leads to client pipelines, and provide clients with monthly reports and recommendations.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of experience running B2B LinkedIn outbound, hands-on familiarity with Sales Navigator and an outreach automation tool, and strong written English. Candidates should be comfortable managing and validating lead data, analyzing campaign results, and staying organized across multiple client accounts.
