Jouw uitdaging
In deze afwisselende functie combineer je 50% operationele inzet (meewerken in het proces) met 50% aansturing en administratie. Je leidt een team van 5 tot 8 medewerkers op een prettige, professionele manier en draagt bij aan een efficiënte logistieke operatie.
Wat ga je doen?
• Coördineren van de locatie en flow van lege stapelwagens binnen het veilinggebouw en externe opslaglocaties.
• Transporteren van stapelwagens tussen koelcellen, buffers en het sorteergebied.
• Klaarzetten van stapelwagens voor het verdeelproces en verzamelen/transporteren naar opslag- en uitgiftepunten.
• Controleren op defecten aan stapelwagens en deze labelen.
• Opruimen van stapelwagens met vuil.
• Administratieve verwerking van gewerkte uren en rapportages.
Jouw profiel
VMBO werk- en denkniveau.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
Doelgericht, verantwoordelijkheidsbesef, positieve instelling en inzetbaar op meerdere taken/afdelingen.
Geen problemen met wisselende werktijden en zelfstandig/teamgericht werken
Ons aanbod
Salaris in schaal 35 van minimaal €3194,- en maximaal €3986,- (o.b.v. 38 uur).
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km.
Werkweek van 38 uur, verdeeld over 5 dagen.
Werktijden: start rond 11:00 uur, eindig rond 19:00 uur.

Requirements
Candidates must have a VMBO level of education and proficiency in both Dutch and English. The role requires a positive, responsible attitude and the ability to work flexible hours in a team-oriented environment.
