Functieomschrijving
- Adviseer over en implementeer digitale HR-oplossingen met SAP SuccessFactors en agile methodieken: bereid klantworkshops voor en begeleid ze, schrijf user stories, ontwerp en optimaliseer HR-bedrijfsprocessen, configureer het systeem en ontwikkel workflows.
- Treed op als inhoudelijk expert in SAP SuccessFactors binnen ten minste één HR-procesgebied: Hire to Retire, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Management of Analytics.
- Adviseer over de overgang van bestaande naar toekomstige processen, leid workshops, ondersteun veranderactiviteiten en werk samen met technische teams om de oplossing te implementeren.
- Draag bij aan business development, het opstellen van voorstellen en thought leadership. Bouw relaties op met klanten, SAP en interne teams en blijf op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van SAP SuccessFactors en HR-technologie, zoals AI en agentische AI.
- Adviseer over innovatieve benaderingen, AI-technologieën en SAP SuccessFactors-configuratiepatronen om HR-processen, de gebruikerservaring en de operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren. Ontwerp en bouw met SAP SuccessFactors effectieve en efficiënte processen en oplossingen.
- Neem de verantwoordelijkheid voor de oplevering van een werkstroom van begin tot eind: van requirements en configuratie tot testen, cutover en overdracht. Bewaak daarbij de kwaliteit en planning en betrek stakeholders effectief.

Continu leren en oog voor detail zijn essentieel, maar wat je echt onderscheidt, is dat je authentiek bent en je persoonlijke sterke punten, visie en persoonlijkheid meebrengt in onze opdrachten. Als Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Technology & Process Advisory beschik je daarnaast over:
- een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in HR, IT, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied;
- minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring in consultancy, HR-technologie en/of procesadvies;
- praktische ervaring met SAP SuccessFactors en een SAP SuccessFactors-certificering;
- affiniteit met AI, data, workflows en HR-architectuur, en het vermogen om effectief te werken in internationale teams;
- ervaring met het stellen van prioriteiten en het tijdig leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige resultaten;
- sterke analytische vaardigheden en uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Als Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Technology & Process Advisory adviseer je uiteenlopende klanten over innovatieve SAP SuccessFactors-oplossingen en implementeer je die oplossingen. Je helpt organisaties hun HR-functies te transformeren en te optimaliseren door processen te vernieuwen en technologieën zoals AI en SAP SuccessFactors in te zetten. Met SAP SuccessFactors en best practices verbeter je de medewerkerservaring en de efficiëntie van HR. Je zet je expertise in om hoogwaardige, doelgerichte oplossingen te leveren, werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams, treedt op als primair aanspreekpunt en werkt waar nodig op locatie bij klanten.
Core Responsibilities
Advise clients on and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including designing and optimizing HR processes, configuring systems, developing workflows, and guiding the transition to future-state processes. Own delivery of a workstream from requirements through testing, cutover, and handover while managing quality, timelines, stakeholders, and contributions to business development.
Requirements
Requires a degree in HR, IT, business administration, or a related field; at least five years of relevant consulting, HR technology, or process advisory experience; hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience; and an SAP SuccessFactors certification. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, an interest in AI, data, workflows, and HR architecture, and excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
