Job Description

About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

About the role

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for our Hilversum studio with a proven track record in automotive sales. In this role you take ownership of our young used and pre-owned Lucid vehicles and actively create sales outside the studio. You use your own network to generate opportunities, enquiries and deals, with a main focus on small and medium-sized enterprises: business owners and directors who buy or lease a premium car through their own company. The role is roughly 75% pre-owned and 25% new vehicles.

What you will do

  • Own the sales of our young used and pre-owned Lucid vehicles in the Netherlands, from first contact to delivery.
  • Use your existing network to proactively create opportunities, enquiries and sales, with a focus on SME owners and directors.
  • Value and appraise customer trade-ins, including premium, high-end and exotic vehicles.
  • Advise customers on financing and on financial, operational and private lease, and structure the deal that fits them.
  • Monitor stock, pricing and standing time of pre-owned vehicles and propose actions to keep stock moving.
  • Organise and host customer events and test-drive activities on your own initiative, in the studio and at external locations.
  • Work closely with the studio team, Remarketing and our B2B colleagues to give every customer a seamless experience.
  • Share insights from the premium EV and pre-owned market and translate them into sales actions.

Who we are looking for

  • 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally in the premium segment.
  • Hands-on experience with pre-owned vehicles: valuation, pricing and selling.
  • An existing network of entrepreneurs and business decision-makers that you can activate.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive financial products: financing, financial, operational and private lease.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • Knowledge of the premium EV market and the ability to turn market trends into sales.
  • A self-starter with a structured approach to prospecting, who does not wait for the customer to walk in.
  • Experience organising events and a strong network in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
