Functieomschrijving
- Analyseren en rapporteren van (tussentijdse) financiële gegevens;
- Het signaleren van verbeterpunten in de (financieel administratieve) processen;
- Het inschakelen van specialisten binnen ons team;
- Het onderhouden van goede klantrelaties;
- Het samenstellen van jaarrekeningen.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze positie als startend Assistent Accountant beschik je over de volgende kwalificaties:
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO-studie in de richting van Accountancy of Finance & Control;
- Een passie om in teamverband samen te werken en elkaar positief uit te dagen;
- De ambitie om het beste uit jezelf en je omgeving te halen;
- De drijfveer om ambitieuze ondernemers met concrete adviezen verder te helpen.

Ons team is gericht op het mooie regionale middenbedrijf en de ambitieuze ondernemers uit het kleinbedrijf. Als startend Assistent Accountant ben je er klaar voor om door te studeren als finance professional en deel te gaan uitmaken van ons team van adviserende accountants. Als onderdeel van dit team ben je samen met de klant op zoek naar professionele groei van hun financiële administratie en zorg je ervoor dat de onderlinge samenwerking goed verloopt.
Core Responsibilities
Analyze and report on interim financial data, identify improvements to financial administration processes, and prepare annual accounts. Engage specialists when needed and maintain strong client relationships while advising small and medium-sized businesses on improving their financial management.
Requirements
Applicants must have completed a bachelor's-level or university degree in Accountancy or Finance and Control. The role also calls for a collaborative mindset, ambition to develop professionally, and motivation to advise ambitious entrepreneurs.
