岗位职责 订单管理： 负责日常系统订单录入、更新及维护，确保订单信息的准确性和及时性，协助跟进订单状态及异常情况。 数据处理与分析： 协助计划经理开展需求预测、库存、供应及订单交付相关的数据收集、整理和分析工作，支持日常业务决策。 报表及看板维护： 负责日常业务报表及数据看板的更新与维护，参与数据处理流程及报表自动化优化。 物流交付协同： 在业务交付旺季协助海外物流团队开展订单跟进、物流信息协调及相关交付支持工作。 跨团队协作： 与销售运营、供应链计划及物流团队保持沟通，协助解决日常运营中的数据及订单问题。 任职要求 本科或硕士在读，供应链管理、物流、商业分析、数据分析或相关专业优先。 对数据敏感，逻辑思维清晰，工作细致认真，具备良好的数据处理及分析能力。 熟练使用 Excel 基础公式及功能，包括 SUMIFS、XLOOKUP、数据透视表等；有 Power Query 使用经验者优先。 对供应链上下游业务有基本了解，包括订单管理、需求预测、库存及物流交付等。 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心及团队合作精神，能够适应业务旺季的工作节奏。 能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通。 加分项： 具有 ERP/SAP、Power BI 或其他数据分析工具使用经验，以及供应链或物流相关实习经验。 Key Responsibilities Order Management: Handle daily order entry, updates, and maintenance in business systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Support order tracking and issue resolution. Data Processing & Analysis: Assist Planning Managers with data collection, consolidation, and analysis related to demand forecasting, inventory, supply planning, and order fulfillment. Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards, and support improvements in data processing and reporting automation. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Support the overseas logistics team during peak delivery seasons, including order follow-up, shipment coordination, and related operational activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics teams to support daily operations and resolve data- or order-related issues. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, data sensitivity, and structured logical thinking, with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including commonly used formulas such as SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables. Experience with Power Query is highly preferred. Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including order management, demand planning, inventory, and logistics. Good communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Good command of English for daily business communication. Nice to Have: Experience with ERP/SAP systems, Power BI, other data analytics tools, or previous internships in supply chain or logistics.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain accurate order records, track order status and issues, and assist with collecting and analyzing data for demand forecasting, inventory, supply planning, and fulfillment. Update reports and dashboards, support reporting automation, coordinate with overseas logistics during peak periods, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams.

Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and have a basic understanding of supply chain processes. They should be proficient in Excel, communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills; Power Query experience is preferred.
