At Delft Circuits, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager I/O Systems to join our System Engineering team. You will manage customer projects from initial request to final delivery, ranging from simple cables to fully assembled, state-of-the-art systems for quantum computing applications. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain, you ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines and stay aligned with customer expectations. Your key responsibilities Manage multiple customer projects from request to delivery Coordinate project timelines, progress, documentation and handovers Connect Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Maintain accurate project data and reporting in Odoo Monitor project budgets and report to the budget holder Develop and improve project processes, workflows and templates What you bring At least 3 years of project management experience Experience with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Odoo Familiarity with project management tools such as Gantt charts Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus Experience in a high-tech environment or an understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus. What we offer A 1-year contract with the intention to extend Full-time position (36 hours per week). € 55.751 – € 66.376 per year, including 8% annual holiday allowance, depending on skills and experience CAO Metalektro and PME pension scheme and travel reimbursement (€ 0.25/km or public transport subscription) 30 vacation days per year Various training opportunities, including two training days per year You will work at our headquarters in Delft, in an international, multidisciplinary environment where engineering, production and innovation come together. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates need at least three years of project management experience, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferably Odoo), and knowledge of project management tools such as Gantt charts. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent English are required; Dutch and experience in a high-tech or electrical or mechanical engineering environment are advantages.
