Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience Required: 0-1 year Salary: £18-£22/hour Job Summary We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and shipping of inventory. You'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently and safely, handling products with care and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow safety protocols and company procedures Assist with loading and unloading trucks Support inventory audits as needed Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 0-1 year of warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills for inventory systems Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ​​​​​​​Benefits Company Pension: Workplace pension scheme with 5% employer matching contributions. Core Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment while operating warehouse equipment and supporting truck loading and unloading. Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with audits, and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while meeting productivity goals.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and warehouse or general labor experience of 0–1 year is preferred but not required. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, with basic computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
