Job Overview As an AI Training Specialist fluent in Japanese, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI models through precise data annotation and labeling. Your expertise will help us improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content across various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data is utilized for machine learning applications. Key Responsibilities Train and enhance AI models by performing detailed data annotation and labeling. Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Provide domain expertise in STEM to improve AI model performance. Work on diverse AI training projects across different fields, ensuring high-quality data standards. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine AI training processes. Required Skills And Qualifications Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Proven experience in data annotation or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with machine learning concepts and practices. Familiarity with AI training tools and software. Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
