We're hiring primary education teachers as contractors to author and grade the elementary classroom scenarios those evaluations run on. Core Responsibilities

Create realistic primary classroom scenarios and reference answers that explain the developmental reasoning behind instructional choices. Evaluate AI model outputs for age appropriateness and instructional accuracy, and identify activities that do not support meaningful learning.

Requirements

Applicants must have a teaching license or certification with a primary education endorsement, at least two years of primary-level teaching experience, and strong early literacy and numeracy expertise. They must communicate pedagogical reasoning clearly in writing and commit at least 10 hours per week.
