In this position, you will have a central role towards all repair flow and customer communication for the servicing of all Breitling models. Main objective is to guard the process flow and communicate with stakeholders. Core Responsibilities

Manage the repair process flow for Breitling watches, including registering incoming watches, handling administrative processes, preparing price estimates, and invoicing repairs. Communicate with customers and dealers by email and phone, apply service policies, and provide support on technical questions.

Requirements

The role calls for an interest in fine mechanics or watches, experience with process flows, and strong attention to detail with the ability to plan ahead. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is an advantage, and applicants are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every criterion.
