Department: Finance Job Title: (Senior) Finance Business Partner Location: Netherlands About The Role We are looking for a (Senior) Finance Business Partner to support our business growth and financial performance in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, drive cost efficiency, and support strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives. Business Performance Analysis: Analyse financial results against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances and business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Cost Control & Optimization: Monitor operating expenses, headcount costs, and budget utilization, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation. Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to evaluate business cases, assess financial implications, and support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to provide clear visibility of business performance, risks, and opportunities. Process Improvement: Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and enhance financial planning efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Financial Controlling, or a similar role. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations. Proven ability to work with business stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage. Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch proficiency is a plus. Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational business environment is preferred. Core Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and analyze performance against budgets to identify variances, business drivers, and opportunities to improve cost efficiency. Partner with business leaders on business cases and strategic decisions, prepare management reporting, and collaborate with finance teams to improve controls and planning processes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and 5–8 years of relevant finance experience are required. Candidates should have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, stakeholder influence, and Excel proficiency; English and Chinese fluency is required, while Dutch, SAP, Power BI, and automotive, manufacturing, or multinational experience are advantageous.
