You’ll take ownership of customer needs and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, and Compliance to coordinate solutions, share customer insights, and continually improve the customer experience. Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve the overall customer experience. Capture and share customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to FAQs, knowledge-base content, and other resources that enable customers to find answers quickly and easily. Maintain accurate customer and case information within relevant CRM, ERP, and customer service systems. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally within manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry. Strong professional English, both written and spoken. Fluency in a European language, with German strongly preferred. Excellent communication and active-listening skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently. Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, positive approach when handling customer issues. Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Confidence learning and using business systems such as CRM, ERP, and customer service platforms. A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience and building strong customer relationships. What We Offer Be part of a collaborative, dynamic and diverse team that celebrates creativity and innovation. Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-changing, customer-driven company. A culture where your ideas count, your voice is heard, and your achievements are celebrated. Remote work flexibility: work from your home country up to 6 weeks per year. 30 days of paid time off. Pension plan for your future. This is more than a “support” role, it’s about building connections, creating advocates, and being the trusted guide that ensures customers not only succeed, but truly enjoy the journey with us.
