As our Financial Accountant (Treasury), you'll support daily treasury operations, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and financial accounting in our Group Treasury team. Working closely with Finance and Accounting, you'll investigate discrepancies, improve processes, and keep financial records reliable in a fast-moving aerospace and defense environment. What You'll Do Prepare, process, and monitor domestic and international payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution Upload payment files to online banking platforms and follow up on payment execution Record bank transactions and payments accurately in the accounting system Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items Monitor bank balances and support daily cash management activities Maintain complete records and supporting documentation for treasury transactions Support intercompany payments and reconciliations across the group Liaise with banks and internal departments on payment-related matters Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting activities Follow internal controls, approval procedures, and treasury policies Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and operational efficiency Requirements What You'll Need A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, treasury operations, payment processing, or a similar finance role, ideally within an international or multinational environment Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and payment processing A good understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliations Experience with ERP or accounting systems. MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Fluency in English. Core Responsibilities

Process and monitor domestic and international payments, record bank transactions, reconcile accounts, monitor cash positions, and maintain supporting treasury records. Support intercompany transactions, month-end closing, financial reporting, internal controls, and improvements to treasury processes.

Requirements

Requires a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment. Candidates should have experience with payment processing, online banking, bank reconciliations, and ERP or accounting systems, along with strong Excel, communication, organizational, and accuracy skills; English fluency is required and Dutch is an advantage.
