In brief Design, manage and optimize Linux (RHEL) workstations and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).Automate the provisioning of VDI and workstations.Manage golden images, including DLP and policies.Monitor capacity and performance of the VDI environment (VMware, Citrix).Set up and improve monitoring, observability and log analysis (Splunk, Grafana).Improve secure remote access, remediate vulnerabilities and handle patch management (Zscaler).Troubleshoot complex issues and find the root cause.Take technical leadership: guide the team on content, safeguard quality and make technical decisions.Be a strong partner in discussions with integrators, developers, architects and other stakeholders. Proven experience as Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, Project Lead (PL) or Product Owner (PO) You can clearly explain your technical specialty and actively contribute to discussions. You communicate well and bring others along, also in an environment with many stakeholders. You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Core Responsibilities

Manage, automate, and optimize RHEL workstations and Citrix/VMware virtual desktop environments, including provisioning, golden images, capacity, performance, monitoring, and secure access. Troubleshoot complex issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with integrators, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a software-related subject and proven experience as a tech lead, DevOps lead, project lead, or product owner are requested. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be able to explain their technical expertise, and have good spoken and written English; relevant technologies include Terraform, Ansible, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
