Industry: Software Development

Company size: 11-50 employees

A building can look great on paper and still perform below its potential. There is often a gap between how a building is designed to perform and how it actually performs in operation. We’re here to close that gap. At the heart of our approach is the Building Intelligence Center, where agentic AI and building performance experts turn scattered building data into clear actions to improve energy, comfort, costs and space usage across your portfolio. Today, we work with 200+ commercial buildings across 20+ countries, covering more than 1 million m², with the goal of helping more and more buildings perform better.
