Logistics Facilities Project Manager – Northern Europe If you’re the kind of facility professional who enjoys turning complex requirements into practical, well-run spaces, this could be a role worth exploring. At GXO, you’ll take ownership of varied facility and technical projects across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany — from new customer implementations and site expansions to renovations, workplace improvements and technical installations. You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on how our logistics sites operate, how our teams experience their workplace and how we deliver for our customers. It’s a hands-on role with autonomy, variety and the chance to work closely with local facility teams, engineering, operations, suppliers and senior stakeholders. Your main base will be Eindhoven, so you’ll need to live within commutable distance of this site and hold a clean EU driving licence. What you’ll make happen Lead end-to-end facility projects that help new and existing logistics sites operate safely, efficiently and effectively Shape practical facility solutions for customer implementations, site expansions, office moves, renovations and technical installations Bring together local teams, engineering, operations, contractors and suppliers to keep projects moving and standards high Create realistic budgets, monitor costs and support tender activity with clear facility input and estimates Improve workplace performance, space planning and day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites Work across Northern Europe and have direct visibility with the Head of Facility & Security Northern Europe What will help you thrive A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction or a related field Around 3 to 5 years’ experience in facility management, ideally in a project-focused environment Knowledge of hard services such as building-related installations, fire safety and technical facilities; experience with soft services such as cleaning, catering or security would also be helpful Strong project management skills, including communication, planning, budgeting and stakeholder coordination A practical, service-minded approach and the confidence to work with different teams, locations and priorities Strong Dutch and English communication skills required - must be fluent in both Technical or automation knowledge would be an advantage, but it’s not essential Clean EU Driving license is essential Why this could be a great move for you A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience, plus bonus, lease car, smartphone and laptop Real ownership of projects where your decisions, ideas and follow-through make a visible difference A broad regional role with variety across countries, sites, teams and project types The chance to influence the workplace experience for colleagues and the operational performance of our sites An entrepreneurial, open and informal culture where people are approachable and your input is valued Supportive colleagues who work together, share knowledge and celebrate success Plenty of opportunity to keep developing through hands-on learning, courses and training Curious, but not actively looking? Core Responsibilities

Coordinate local teams, engineering, operations, contractors, and suppliers while managing budgets, supporting tenders, and improving workplace performance and facility operations.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is required, along with approximately 3 to 5 years of facility management experience, ideally in a project-focused role. Candidates need knowledge of hard services, strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and a clean EU driving licence; technical or automation knowledge and soft-services experience are advantageous.
