Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Eindhoven, responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships within the engineering and high-tech sectors. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing commercial proposals and contracts. The role involves overseeing project delivery in collaboration with technical teams, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Business Manager will recruit, onboard, and support consultants, track their assignments, and contribute to their career development. The position also requires market analysis, participation in networking events, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to align business strategy with MCA’s objectives. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners in an international environment. Relevant degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in consulting or high-tech/industrial sectors. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset, organizational skills, and a focus on results and quality.
