Wij zijn op zoek naar een proces operator bij Abbott Weesp!
Wat ga je doen?
- Uitvoeren van visuele controles op inkomende materialen en controleren op kwaliteit en integriteit.
- Uitvoeren van procescontroles en registreren van resultaten volgens de geldende procedures.
- Bedienen van machines volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele normen en bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
- Storingen signaleren en direct actie ondernemen om problemen op te lossen.
- Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld de beschikbaarheid van materialen te controleren.
- Structureel registreren van procesgegevens, KPI's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie.
- Technische begeleiding bieden aan operators in opleiding en collega's ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling.
- Verzorgen van on-the-job training en technische coaching in afstemming met de teamleider.

Core Responsibilities
The process operator is responsible for operating machinery, performing quality and visual inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. They also manage process data, resolve technical malfunctions, and provide coaching to colleagues and trainees.
Requirements
The candidate should have experience in process operations and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a production environment. Strong technical skills and the ability to provide on-the-job training to team members are required.
