  • Own product-led revenue growth: Define and execute the product-led growth strategy, taking full accountability for ARR generated through self-service experiences, from initial signup to paid conversion, expansion, and retention.
  • Drive acquisition and commercial performance: Develop scalable growth programs, establish measurable revenue and user acquisition targets, and accelerate adoption across key international markets.
  • Align cross-functional teams: Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to translate product strategy into measurable customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.

  • Build a data-driven growth culture: Establish performance metrics, test growth hypotheses, analyze results, and continuously improve acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion strategies.
  • Support product innovation: Collaborate with product leaders to align platform capabilities with customer needs, developer workflows, and emerging opportunities in AI-assisted software development.

Requirements

  • Cross-functional leadership: A strong track record of leading growth initiatives across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Advanced growth analytics skills: Hands-on experience with funnel optimization, user activation, conversion analysis, experimentation, monetization strategies, and customer retention metrics.
  • Technical fluency: Practical understanding of developer workflows, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development environments, including the evolving role of AI-assisted development tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership: Excellent analytical thinking, strategic judgment, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams in a distributed, international environment.
  • Additional advantages: Experience managing both product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS), familiarity with PaaS, IaaS, DevOps, or developer platforms, and a proven ability to scale product-led revenue across global, remote-first teams.
  • Remote-work readiness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, distributed environment and collaborate across functions, time zones, and geographic markets.

Benefits

About Jobgether

Industry: Internet Marketplace Platforms

Company size: 11-50 employees

Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
