About the Role Penomo is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its remote, AI-first engineering team. The role involves owning feature development from frontend through backend, contributing to AI-assisted engineering workflows, and building secure applications designed for financial use cases. You will help shape development practices, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end feature delivery across frontend and backend systems. Develop and maintain applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB. Work with Solidity and AWS as part of the technology stack. Collaborate with the engineering team on AI-assisted tools and development workflows. Help build and maintain secure, financial-grade applications. Contribute to engineering practices that support experimentation and rapid delivery. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development. Help improve development workflows as the team scales. Required Qualifications The role calls for fullstack engineering experience across frontend and backend development. Familiarity with React, Node.js, MongoDB, Solidity, and AWS. Ability to take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle. Understanding of application security, particularly for financial-grade software. Ability to collaborate with an AI-focused engineering team and contribute to development workflow improvements. Location & Work Arrangement This is a remote position with Penomo’s AI-first engineering team.
