Your toolkit should include: A Master's degree in business economics, administration, accountancy, or related field; 4+ years at a Big 4 firm OR significant experience in an (international) scale-up's finance team; Bonus points for combined audit and business experience; Fluency in Dutch and English. Core Responsibilities
Develop cash flow forecasts and business plans, support clients through audits, and build risk control frameworks and practical internal controls. Design reporting processes, optimize finance operations, and mentor colleagues and client team members.
Requirements
A master's degree in business economics, administration, accountancy, or a related field is required, along with at least four years of experience at a Big Four firm or significant finance-team experience at an international scale-up. Combined audit and business experience is an advantage, and fluency in Dutch and English is required.
