It is founded and led by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken, an independent researcher, educator and solopreneur with more than three decades of work in human development, regenerative systems and applied methodology. At the centre of this work are: • The Matrix-Q Research Institute — the research foundation that develops the methodologies, frameworks and tools used across the ecosystem. • The Complete Human Gymnasium — a structured training and development system focused on building human competencies, coherence and practical capacity. • The Complete Human Gymnasium Venture Studio — the entrepreneurial arm that helps individuals convert competence into assets, ventures and ownership. • The Guild of Solopreneurs — a community of independent professionals who develop their capabilities, create productive assets and collaborate by choice while retaining ownership of their work. Products and services within the Complete Human Gymnasium Venture Studio typically range from €250 to €48,000, reflecting the depth and diversity of the pathways offered. Who We Work With Our audience includes independent professionals, coaches, facilitators, entrepreneurs, investors and people in transition who seek greater clarity, capacity and ownership. The Opportunity We are opening a limited number of places for independent coaches, facilitators and solopreneurs who wish to become certified Orientation Facilitators. This is not traditional employment. It is a structured pathway that allows you to build your own practice while having clear options for progressive growth and income inside a coherent ecosystem. Growth & Income Pathways Level 1 – Orientation Certification (highest freedom) After certification you can: • Set your own fees and choose your own clients • Deliver paid orientation sessions that already include selected Matrix-Q content and fundamentals • Earn recurrent referral commissions from the customers you introduce into the ecosystem • Generate direct income from the sessions and programs you deliver Further levels of participation • Co-create innovative methodologies and frameworks • Join the Alliance of entrepreneurs, integrating your own frameworks with the ecosystem • Progress toward ownership of a Complete Human Gymnasium Franchise / Venture Studio, with the possibility of supporting activity across different locations You decide how far you wish to go. The Orientation level offers maximum independence. Higher levels involve closer collaboration within the Complete Human Gymnasium and the Guild of Solopreneurs. Limited Places We will accept only a limited number of candidates from all applicants. Every person who applies will be invited to a short 5-minute conversation for questions and answers. A simple qualification process will follow to determine who moves forward. Core Responsibilities

Deliver paid orientation sessions incorporating selected Matrix-Q content and fundamentals, and develop an independent practice with clients. Participants may also co-create methodologies, integrate their frameworks into the ecosystem, and pursue venture or franchise ownership opportunities.
