Practical Information: Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands | Reports to: Team Lead - DSC | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Netherlands | Language Requirements: fluent/professional Dutch and English, written and verbal As a Software Procurement Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on strategic software sourcing. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that procurement decisions align with business needs, budgets, and long‑term objectives. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will help identify software requirements that support overall business strategies. Your expertise in software licensing, negotiation, and vendor management will drive efficient, cost‑effective procurement processes while fostering strong, sustainable partnerships. Requirements

Several years of experience in IT consulting, software sales, or software license sourcing are required, along with expertise in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, licensing models, and software asset management. Candidates should be commercially minded, analytical, organized, and effective communicators, with fluent or professional Dutch and English; certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPCM are advantageous.
