Key Skills
Job Description
You believe compliance starts with people. You are fascinated by what drives behaviour, why things sometimes go wrong, and how organisations can create a culture where employees make ethical decisions and feel confident speaking up.
As part of NN's new Conduct & Whistleblower Domain, you will help shape the future of conduct risk management. You will uncover patterns behind incidents, reports and behavioural drivers, translating insights into practical improvements that strengthen our culture of integrity and speak-up environment. This role combines conduct, behavioural science, culture, data and stakeholder engagement. You will help us understand what drives behaviour, identify emerging risks and develop innovative ways to make a greater impact across NN.
What you are going to do
As a Compliance Conduct & Whistleblower Professional, you will work at the intersection of compliance, conduct and culture. You will help NN better understand what drives behaviour, identify emerging conduct risks and develop interventions that strengthen our culture of integrity and speak-up environment.
You will turn insights from behavioural science, incidents, monitoring and whistleblower reports into practical improvements that make a real difference. At the same time, you will translate laws and regulations into policies and frameworks, advise stakeholders across the organisation and help shape NN's approach to conduct risk management. Working closely with colleagues from the business, Compliance, Risk, Legal and HR, you will also explore how data, technology and AI can be used responsibly to increase our impact.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse conduct risks and identify the underlying behavioural, cultural and environmental factors that contribute to them
- Assess root causes of incidents and risks using conduct drivers, soft controls and insights from behavioural science
- Translate insights from reports, incidents and investigations into effective interventions and improvement actions
- Convert regulatory developments, internal changes and best practices into policies, standards and guidelines related to conduct and whistleblowing
- Strengthen the organisation’s integrity and speak-up culture through training, communications and awareness initiatives
- Support whistleblower cases and advise stakeholders on developments and risks relating to conduct, culture and integrity
- Contribute to the design of conduct-risk monitoring and reporting and help leverage data, technology and AI to enhance Compliance effectiveness and impact
