About The Job As Sales Intern, you will become part of an entrepreneurial team and be closely involved in all parts of the organization. Develop your skills and grow, while gaining insight into the inner workings of a young Dutch fashion brand. You will: Support the sales & acquisition team with hands on projects. Support with customer service, answering questions via phone and email, including shipment tracking, problem solving; Support with logistics and deliveries, such as sending out requested samples, labels, buttons etc.; Support on important client projects, like customer satisfaction surveys and analyses; Assist our ‘Try on’ sample garment loan service for retail partners; Assist with order entry; Analysing customer reports; Help bring ideas to the table for improvements and innovations to encourage sales; Any other ad hoc sales requests. About You You are a HBO or WO student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) enrolled in related study (e.g. Hotelschool, Business Administration, TMO); You have great communication – friendly, concise, and accurate in manner; You are helpful and able to empathize with others; You are solution oriented with a proactive mentality; You have an entrepreneurial mindset ¬– innovative, open to improvement and opportunities; You have good command of Microsoft Office; You have a good command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written); You are available for at least 5 months starting February 2027. Core Responsibilities

Support the sales and acquisition team with customer service, logistics, order entry, sample garment loans, and client projects. Analyze customer reports and help develop ideas to improve sales and processes.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a related bachelor's or master's degree program and be available for at least five months starting February 2027. They should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, good Microsoft Office skills, and good written and spoken Dutch and English.
