We are currently hiring Customer Service Specialists to join our international teams in Sofia, Bulgaria. Location Sofia, Bulgaria Relocation is possible for candidates who hold an EU passport. If you live outside Bulgaria and would like to move to Sofia, you are welcome to apply. Your Responsibilities Assist customers by phone, email or chat Handle customer questions and requests professionally Provide accurate information and suitable solutions Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Follow project procedures and quality standards Work effectively in a multicultural, international environment Requirements Fluent (C1) or native-level proficiency in one of the following languages: Arabic, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Slovak or Danish Good command of English (B2 or higher) EU/EEA or Swiss passport (required for candidates relocating from outside Bulgaria) Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working with computers and digital tools Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required Motivation to live and work in an international environment Relocating to Sofia Not based in Bulgaria? Requirements

Candidates must have C1 or native-level proficiency in Arabic, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Slovak, or Danish, plus English proficiency at B2 or higher. Relocating candidates from outside Bulgaria must hold an EU/EEA or Swiss passport; strong communication and customer-service skills are required, while prior experience is an advantage but not essential.
